I was raised in North Bend and returned fourteen years ago because this is a fantastic place to live, work, and raise a family. I know and love this community. The experience I have gained growing up here, along with the skills I have developed as a business professor at Southwestern Oregon Community College and in my current role as Mayor, has equipped me with the knowledge and dedication to continue serving our city. I am committed to working with our citizens, listening to your thoughts, ideas, and concerns, and continuing to make North Bend an even better place for everyone.

With my strategic thinking and commonsense approach to financial management, I have been able to guide our city through challenging times. My ability to bring stakeholders together to enhance our community makes us stronger as a whole. Our beautiful city has so much potential, and my vision is to look toward the future by fostering business opportunities and supporting our existing businesses to help them thrive and grow. We need to manage our finances wisely to protect the interests of our citizens while ensuring that our community’s essential needs are met.
